We are a group of highly skilled engineers focused on enabling next-generation memory scaling through advanced photomask development. Our work directly supports ground breaking technologies like High NA EUV, shaping the future of semiconductor manufacturing.
In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating photomask technologies and driving manufacturability for advanced memory products. You will collaborate across multiple engineering fields, influence roadmap decisions, and solve complex technical challenges. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while working alongside experts in process development, design, and lithography.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integration efforts to enable manufacturability of next-generation photomasks, including High NA EUV
- Partner with teams across mask R&D, design, and photolithography
- Design and implement experiments in mask and wafer fabs
- Optimize process flows to meet performance, yield, and cost targets
- Drive yield improvement initiatives and communicate solutions to technical teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and development
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, DOE, and statistical methods
- Knowledge of memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND through direct contributions
- Proven experience leading projects and working across technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in photomask process development or integration
- Expertise in Model-Based Problem Solving methodologies
- Track record of solving sophisticated manufacturing or yield challenges
- Experience collaborating with wafer fab or extern partners
