Data Center Sales Manager

Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Data Centre Sales Manager, based in Sweden. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our Data Centre business across the Nordics, shaping and executing a high-impact sales strategy while leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Working at the forefront of a rapidly evolving sector, you’ll leverage your expertise to build strategic customer partnerships and unlock new market opportunities.

What you’ll do as a Sales Manager:

• Drive the growth of the data centre sector across the Nordics, identifying and converting new market opportunities.

• Shape and execute a high-impact sales strategy in partnership with Marketing to accelerate revenue and market presence.

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, embedding a strong, results-driven culture aligned to the Aggreko Sales Leadership Blueprint.

• Provide clear oversight of the sales pipeline, leveraging CRM insights to deliver accurate forecasting and proactive decision-making.

• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key customers, positioning Aggreko as a trusted long-term partner.

• Deliver and exceed financial targets, ensuring sustained growth within the data centre sector.

• Play a critical role within the European Commercial Leadership Team, influencing regional strategy and driving cross-market success.

What you'll bring:

• Strong expertise in the data centre sector or energy rental industry.

• Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a commercial leadership or senior sales role.  

• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, translating market knowledge into actionable, results-driven plans.

• Exhibit strong leadership capability, with experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.

• Be highly customer-focused, with the ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, bringing resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
