You'll need 5+ years in marketplace, retail media, digital advertising, or B2B sales with direct revenue responsibility. The role offers uncapped commission potential, 100% remote work worldwide, and flexible hours. Must be fluent in German plus English or French.

- **Market Development:** Actively expand into new regions (UK/USA and/or France)
- **Close the Deal:** From cold outreach to closing — you own and manage the entire sales cycle

## Qualifikation
**Your Profile:**
- **Language Skills:** Fluent German + one additional focus language (English or French) at native or near-native level
- **Sales DNA:** Whether you bring 2 or 20 years of experience — you love closing deals and work independently
- **Clear Communicator:** You communicate directly, listen actively, and show authenticity
- **Tech Affinity:** You’re excited about SaaS and working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
