Job Description:
Responsabililies:
Translate business challenges and strategic priorities into Data‑enabled use cases by leveraging data from existing enterprise systems (SAP, Power BI, Pro Tool, OMP and others).
Apply prompting, coding, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques to identify new revenue opportunities, commercial leads, and business optimization initiatives.
Generate actionable insights to support pricing optimization, customer targeting, sales growth, and margin improvement.
Develop and maintain analytical models and AI‑supported tools to automate recurring analyses and reduce manual or redundant processes.
Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) to support management and cross‑functional decision‑making
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, consistency, and usability across systems in collaboration with relevant data owners, IT, and digital teams.
Act as a bridge between business users and digital / IT teams by clearly translating business requirements into analytical or AI‑supported solutions.
Promote adoption of AI‑driven tools and insights by supporting users through documentation, training, and best‑practice sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
A Master’s degree or specialized certification in data analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technologies is an advantage.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, AI applications, digital transformation, or a comparable analytical role.
Demonstrated experience applying data analysis, coding, and AI‑enabled techniques to solve business problems and generate measurable impact.
Experience delivering analytical or optimization projects with clear financial, operational, or efficiency impact
Experience working with enterprise systems and structured data environments (e.g. SAP, BI platforms, operational or commercial tools).
Proven ability to operate in complex, cross‑functional environments and translate business needs into analytical or AI‑supported solutions.
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
Experience working in a global or matrix organization is a strong asset.
English – advanced verbal and written proficiency.
Local language of the country of base and main operations – Bilbao - Spanish
