We seek candidates with completed training as a well driller, drilling equipment operator, or comparable qualification (career changers welcome), experience in geothermal or deep drilling is desirable, technical understanding and manual skills, driver's license class B required (C/CE is advantageous), independent and structured working style, and team capability and readiness for deployment. ## Aufgaben
- Bedienung und Führung von Bohrgeräten (Geotec Rotomax XL-GT)
- fachgerechte Erstellung von Erdwärmebohrungen
- Auf- und Abbau der Bohranlage auf wechselnden Baustellen
- Herstellung und Sicherung der Bohrungen nach Vorgaben
- Erstellung der Baustellendokumentation
## Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Brunnenbauer, Bohrgeräteführer oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (gerne Quereinsteiger!)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Geothermie- oder Tiefbohrungen wünschenswert
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich (C/CE von Vorteil)
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
