Overview
As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you'll be responsible for general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of buildings under supervision. Your duties include maintaining restrooms and common areas in a clean condition, grounds maintenance such as mowing grass and weeding, snow and ice removal, trash collection, and equipment cleaning. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50-60 pounds, and willingness to work overtime including weekends and holidays. Prior maintenance experience is preferred. Two shifts are available: 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM.
