Overview

Work as a B2B Sales Representative responsible for independently developing and supporting your own customer base across Europe. Key responsibilities include actively selling software products, supporting and expanding your customer base through personal consultation with focus on customer retention and recovery, independently acquiring and supporting new customers across Europe, preparing quotes and offers through successful completion, and maintaining customer data in CRM system. Requires business fluency in an official European language (ideally native level), business fluency in English and German, at least 2-3 years of active sales experience (preferably in B2B environment), strong communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset with initiative, and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.

**usedSoft is the pioneer for second-hand software. We offer used licences that are up to 50 % cheaper than buying new ones. We were the first B2B provider in Europe to launch our business idea for pre-owned software licences in 2003. Today, we combine modern e-commerce and classic sales.**

Join our sales team as a full-time employee! You will be responsible for independently developing and supporting your own customer base across Europe. To further expand our international team, we particularly welcome applications from native speakers of all official European languages.

## Tasks

**These tasks await you:**

  • Active B2B sales of software-products
  • Supporting and expanding your own customer base by providing personal consultation; including active customer retention and recovery
  • Independently acquire and support new customers across Europe
  • Preparing quotes and offers, as well as following them through to successful completion
  • Maintaining your customer data in our CRM system

## Requirements

**Your skills include:**

  • Business fluency in an official European language, ideally at native speaker level (spoken and written)
  • Business fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • At least 2-3 years of active sales experience – ideally in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, enthusiasm for your work
  • Goal-oriented, showing initiative
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other standard software
