Handling a wide range of litigation, dispute resolution and other contentious matters.
Fact finding, researching and developing litigation strategy.
Managing litigation risk and updating legal development affecting the Company.
Reviewing of pleadings, cause papers and submissions.
Attending court or non-court proceedings.
Reviewing and formulating policies, guidelines and procedures.
Attending to other assignments from time to time.
