About the Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of marketing strategies for TENA in Peru, contributing to meaningful initiatives that impact people’s well-being. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and exposure to regional marketing activities. You will collaborate closely with the local marketing team, gaining valuable insights into how a global organization operates while supporting key operational and strategic activities.
What You Will Do
- Administrative Support: Manage purchase orders, follow up, and verify invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Campaign Execution: Support the implementation and coordination of marketing campaigns, working with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
- Operational Coordination: Assist in managing logistics related to installations, activations, and campaign rollouts
- Inventory Management: Handle product samples, inventory tracking, and price loading processes
- Budget Tracking: Support monitoring of marketing budgets and ensure alignment with planned activities
- Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
Who You Are
- Student in the last years of Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous internship or work experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork skills
- Intermediate level of English
