Job Description
Achieve the mission by executing the following tasks at the front line together with project members from development, finance, engineering, and other departments:
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for development projects of power plants, energy storage facilities, etc. using renewable energy resources (including shareholders' agreements, land use agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts, and other project finance related contracts)
• Analyzing business plans and resolving legal issues and business issues from a legal perspective
• Planning and executing dispute and trouble resolution • Reviewing other contracts and handling corporate legal matters including group companies
• Executing management reporting and decision-making as a primary member
*All activities leverage legal background and business development expertise, rather than simple internal coordination or following precedent, and directly contribute to business performance and company goal achievement.
Required Skills
▪ Interest in our business areas and alignment with our mission
▪ Approximately 5 years of practical experience in renewable energy industry
▪ Experience in contract drafting and execution (established thinking ability to identify risks independently and resolve them through contract terms and other legal means)
▪ Proactive attitude to actively engage with people and raise issues
▪ Ability to extract legal risks, conduct interviews, and explain to others
▪ Attorney qualification
