What you will have an opportunity to do:

Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented MClub Attendant to join our team at our full-service hotel!

This is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where service excellence and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
• Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
• Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience

What are we looking for?

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)
