Description
NSTS was founded over 70 years ago by the university students and is owned by the National Students Travel Foundation (Malta), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering non-formal educational programmes to students at all levels. Its objective is to provide holistic educational experiences and meaningful engagement in English, drawing on Malta’s unique culture and fascinating heritage.
NSTS are currently seeking to recruit an individual to support student relations activities.
The selected candidate will be working directly with foreign clients who are undergoing an educational experience in Malta, assisting them in gaining confidence, acquiring life skills, and building healthy interpersonal relationships during their stay in Malta.
Your work will be mainly with students and young adults and shall include:
- Setting up and running projects and programmes of activities;
- Assisting clients with queries they might have and provide feedback;
- Being the first point of contact for clients who require assistance; and,
- Directing clients to sources of advice.
The selected candidate will have proven experience of working in a customer relations role and is able to provide support to make the clients’ experience in Malta a very positive one. You are expected to have strong leadership skills and a can-do attitude.
