The Indirect Procurement Buyer is responsible for identifying and procuring the goods and services that an organization requires. They identify indirect purchasing needs of the organization, find services providers who can supply these goods and arrange for the purchase and delivery of the goods.

Major Responsibilities 

• Reviews and analyzes indirect purchase requisitions. 

• Processes purchase requisitions, purchase orders and requests for quotes and supporting documents.

 • Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity. Support onboard new suppliers in alignment with Quality Management Requirements, with close collaboration with Strategic Procurement, Purchasing Support, Purchasing Assistant and Vendor Master Team.

 • Facilitate invoice/PO mismatch issue resolution in cooperation with the Accounts Payable departments. 

• Receive, analyze and sort out internal business user queries, provide guidance on the compliant P2P process. 

• Participates in maximizing the procurement teams' changes, supplier database information, error report analysis.

 • Initiate process improvements (if there is any) to improve the E2E Indirect P2P processes, work in a more effective way, improve customer* experience. (*customers: internal steak holders/external vendors).

.Facilitating new supplier onboarding and supplier re-evaluation request through a dedicated portal.

.Manage supplier ticketing across the full vendor lifecycle— New Third-Party Onboardings, periodic Re-evaluations, and Disengagements—in line with compliant P2P processes, collaborating closely with global cross-functional stakeholders. Interface directly with suppliers to collect required data and documentations, ensuring compliant setup and “Ready for Business” status for accurate purchasing.

Job requirements 

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge 

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + SAP MM Purchasing module.

 • Good communication and negotiations skills 

• Good time management, organized way of working and ability to work towards various deadlines. 

• Capability to work independently but also in a Team

 • Flexible and problem-solving attitude 

• Analytical thinking 

• Experience in working within a fast paced, highly matrixed, international, agile environment. 

 

Typical Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or MA degree with 6 years of related purchasing experience. 

• Fluency in English is a must (written & verbal),
