For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Proficiency with version control and project tracking platforms including Bitbucket (or Git), Jira, and TFS for end-to-end delivery management.
- Strong understanding of DevOps culture principles (CALMS) and the ability to apply them consistently across cross-functional teams and delivery workflows.
- Deep knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, with proven ability to embed security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to design, consume, and create APIs to support automation initiatives and streamline operational processes.
- Strong pedagogical and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and proactively propose strategies for knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week (based in Porto)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
