Salary Range: up to ₱28,000 package (with 30K sign-on bonus)
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Location: Pasig City
The role
We are seeking a Healthcare Support Representative with experience in healthcare BPO operations. The role involves supporting patient services through scheduling, pre-registration, or financial clearance while delivering accurate and efficient customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle patient scheduling, pre-registration, or financial clearance processes.
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Deliver professional and timely customer support.
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience.
- Experience in Scheduling, Pre-Registration, or Financial Clearance is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule, if required.
