Job Description:

The Technician's role involves maintenance and engine room upkeep, monthly TNS checks, and fault reporting.
Key tasks include service logging, meter readings, and maintaining emergency standby.

• Regular maintenance.
• Engine room maintenance.
• Monthly check of TNS.
• Receiving and reporting faults.
• Recording of the service log.
• Regular energy and water meter readings.
• Maintaining a continuous emergency standby.
• Communication with clients.
• Other assigned work related to the operation of the premises and maintenance staff.
• Checking deadlines and ensuring regular periodic revisions according to rental contracts.
