About the Opportunity
SJ Group is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced professionals for future opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- CE Senior Engineer
- CE Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities
CE Senior Engineer
- Lead and coordinate civil/structural engineering design and site support activities
- Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and design deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support project delivery, technical problem-solving, and quality assurance
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development of the team
CE Design Engineer
- Prepare civil/structural design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Support senior engineers in design development and project delivery
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
- Assist in technical reviews, coordination, and design updates
- Support preparation of reports, material submittals, and design deliverables
Requirements
CE Senior Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in civil/structural design or supervision
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, RC, steel, and infrastructure works
- Experience with international codes and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong technical leadership and communication skills
CE Design Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3–6 years’ design experience in civil/structural engineering
- Good knowledge of design standards, drafting, and engineering tools
- Ability to prepare drawings, calculations, and technical reports
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
