Our client is a 5* high end International Chain Resort with a large F&B operation.
This role will be reporting directly to Head Chef Butcher.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Experience in a similar position in 5* hotel
• Strong knowledge of meat fabrication, portioning, and butchery techniques
• Experience handling premium meats and seafood products
• Good understanding of food quality, yield control, and cost management
• Hands-on approach with strong operational skills
• Familiar with HACCP and food safety standards
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and product presentation
• Experience supervising and training kitchen team members
• Well organized with good planning and time management skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Passionate about culinary excellence and product quality
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Energetic, and highly motivated
• Flexible working hours
