As our Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment. This role manages administrative processes, coordinates vendors and office supplies, and supports employee wellbeing initiatives to create a productive and positive workplace. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
Office Operations
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and functionality
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning office environment
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards
Vendor & Supplier Management
Manage relationships with office vendors, service providers, and suppliers
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services
Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
Process purchase orders and track office-related expenses
Facilities Coordination
Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance issues
Coordinate office access, workspace setup, and meeting room readiness
Support office moves, changes, and space planning when required
Employee Experience & Engagement
Organise office events, including birthday celebrations and team activities
Support employee wellbeing initiatives
Ensure a welcoming and inclusive workplace environment
Administrative Support
Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative systems
Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
Support onboarding logistics (e.g., desk setup, supplies, office orientation)

What you’ll bring

Computer literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
At least 2 year’s office administration/coordination experience
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Completed High School qualification
Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:
In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
Diploma or Certificate in Office management, Project Coordination, Human Resources or Finance
