For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer
- Hands-on test automation expertise with Selenium (POM), C#, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Experience in cloud native applications and microservice architectures
- Solid grasp of modern QE methodologies including shift-left testing and automation-first approaches
- Proven ability to mentor QA teams and drive quality practices in Agile, distributed environments
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for a Hybrid model 3 x week in Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
