Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Business Process Owner

## What you’ll do:

Own Oracle CPQ within the Quote to Cash (QTC) process, including process design, backlog management, and end to end integration across CRM (Salesforce), CPQ (Oracle), Product Configuration (Bid Manager) and ERP (SAP). Ensure scalable, standardized, and efficient execution across the organization

Process Ownership & Governance

• Own CPQ processes within QTC, including design, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Define and enforce process and platform standards across CSOs and BUs
• Ensure alignment between business processes, system design, and integrations
• Act as the authority for CPQ process decisions and governance

Demand, Backlog & Solution Design

• Own and prioritize the CPQ backlog aligned with business value
• Review business requests and ensure alignment with best practices and platform design
• Define optimal solutions using existing capabilities; drive development only when required
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Ensure all requests are justified, structured, and clearly communicate the “what” and “why” to DevOps
• Act as decision point between business demand and technical feasibility

Delivery, Operations & Integration

• Ensure correct implementation of CPQ configuration, pricing logic, and workflows
• Ensure data quality, pricing accuracy, and consistency of outputs
• Own end-to-end process alignment across CRM, CPQ, Product Configuration, and ERP
• Oversee resolution of complex cross-system issues impacting QTC processes
• Ensure proper testing (UAT) and release readiness for all CPQ changes

Adoption & Continuous Improvement

• Own process documentation standards and ensure availability of training materials
• Drive CPQ adoption across Sales and related functions
• Identify and drive improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working
• Ensure adherence to defined procedures across user groups

## Skills:

• Experience with CPQ (preferably Oracle CPQ)
• Understanding of ERP and CRM integration
• Knowledge of Quote to Cash processes and pricing/configuration logic
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Stakeholder management across business and IT
• Ability to structure complexity and define standards
• Experience in international and Agile/DevOps environments
• Fluent English
