Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Hammond, Indiana.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
- HRSA student loan repayment eligible.

POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Emphasize preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
- Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
- Practice within a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment.
- Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing greater focus on patient care.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
- Current or eligible DEA registration.
- Commitment to outpatient primary care.
- Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
