Testing Senior Analyst ( KYC Sytems)

Job Description

The KYC Operations Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting activities in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and manage a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.

Responsibilities:

• This role is a part of KYC Business Application (BAT team ) supporting Technology Incident management and resolution for production issues in range of 2000-5000 on yearly basis
• Drive data patch governance for critical and high-volume data patches related to CAP, remediation, data concerns impacting high vols
• Engage with senior stakeholders in KYC operations, business, technology teams to ensure seamless support for processing of KYC records
• The role also expands to global post release management supporting multiple releases delivering system enhancements on yearly basis. Additional responsibility includes reporting and ensuring controls for Tech block cases on monthly basis
• The role will focus on growing user base for NAM/LATAM regions and ensure records blocked by Tech issues are analyzed, prioritized, and resolved on timely basis, this is to avoid negative impact on clients, accounts, and transactions. Understand system functionality, policy changes and work as a strong business analyst and lead to work with AML and policy teams for resolving tech queries & support patches
• Manage high Vol for CAP and remediation projects ,drive and demonstrate timely delivery of projects.
• The role is a single point of contact for Technology issues for operations users for resolving tech issues and ensuring quick turnaround by driving results through partnership with Technology seniors.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Know your customer(KYC or AML) in Testing or Business analyst or Operations domain
• Prior experience of working on SNOW, SAAS, Jira, Confluence, Testing background will be considered
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience • Master's degree preferred •
• Testing Certification & Business Analyst Certifications will be an added advantage
