- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience managing warehouse operations and logistics service providers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (MM / SD / WM/EWM is an advantage).
- Experience participating in SAP implementation or system improvement projects.
- Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation operations.
- Experience writing SOPs and process documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English – Upper Intermediate or higher.
