(Senior) Consultant – SAP Master Data Governance 80-100% (all genders)

Your Tasks

• You advise our clients on the implementation and further development of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions
• You analyze existing master data processes and design sustainable strategies to improve data quality, governance, and efficiency
• You integrate SAP MDG into existing SAP and ERP system landscapes and ensure seamless interoperability
• You gather and translate business requirements into scalable functional concepts and solution designs
• You configure and customize SAP MDG to meet client-specific business and technical requirements
• You train and coach stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption
• You collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to design and implement innovative data management solutions

Your Profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as an SAP MDG module consultant – ideally complemented by knowledge in other SAP modules, SAP S/4HANA, and the UI technology Fiori
• Profound knowledge in the implementation and consulting of SAP MDG as well as know-how in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and master data processes
• Experience in all project phases, especially in agile projects following the Scrum methodology (SAFe); know-how in SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, documentation, testing), Jira/Confluence, and common office tools
• You have experience with AI-powered solutions or are interested in developing them
• Good knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and MDM strategies
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer orientation
• Fluent German and English skills
