Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals. The practitioner actively participates in shaping IT strategies and delivers advisory support to enhance the overall IT function. The position demands a proactive approach to managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Support junior colleagues by providing guidance and mentorship.
- Continuously monitor project progress and suggest improvements to optimize delivery.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Board International Software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and executing tasks within the systems development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Board International Software.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
