What You’ll Do
- Accurately compile, verify, and input claim-related data into internal systems.
- Ensure all data entry activities comply with legislation, company policies, and privacy standards.
- Review and audit information to identify inconsistencies or missing details.
- Coordinate with claims staff via email or phone to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records and documentation to support timely claim completion.
Key Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder.
- Available to join on 10th August 2026.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Relevant data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Willing to work onsite during morning or mid shifts.
Work setup
- Malaysia (The Gardens North Tower, Kuala Lumpur): 7:30am to 4:30pm Malaysia time with a hybrid setup after a 3-month onsite probation.
