Job Description:
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Control, monitor, and report on defined project KPIs in alignment with the Project Manager and Account Director
- Ensure compliance with established processes, rules, and policies
- Execute recurring administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle
- Set up and maintain project data in internal tools and systems
- Provide clear verbal and written communication to the Project Manager and account team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of project controlling and reporting; additional experience in project management is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial and business KPIs
- Exceptional numerical aptitude with the ability to comprehend, validate, and interpret complex data and figures
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Experience with D365, MS Power BI, Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- German and/or French language skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure tasks effectively and manage multiple small-scale activities simultaneously
