About the opportunity
To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.
To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification.
Participation in the quality process.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers.

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
A current NDIS Clearance Check
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
A valid Australian work visa.
