For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated knowledge of learning platform ecosystems, including LMS, TMS, LCMS, and LXP functionalities, to accurately gather and translate business requirements in the training sector.
- Familiarity with the training industry landscape, including key stakeholders, workflows, and organizational learning needs, is considered a strong asset.
- Skilled in producing clear, structured documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, present findings, and mediate between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to design and deliver training materials or sessions that support end-user adoption and organizational readiness during system implementations.
- Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in French (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week(based in Lisbon or Porto)
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
