The Piper Sandler Infrastructure team focuses on a wide variety of subsectors including transportation, energy and energy transition, renewables, utilities, telecom, and social infrastructure. We are currently looking for an Associate to join our growing Infrastructure team in London.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent (2:1 or above)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years investment banking/corporate finance experience
- Strong modelling skillset (DCF, LBO, Accretion/Dilution)
- Deep understanding of financial statements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships and rapport
- Motivated, team player with a desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Positive work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
