Description
• Conduct intake interviews and determine applicant eligibility.
• Process applications, recertifications, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain client files, waiting lists, and program records in compliance with regulations.
• Explain program policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements to residents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agenda items, and program summaries.
• Track program performance metrics and funding activity.
• Provide referrals for social services, shelters, utility assistance, and related resources.
• Assist with housing grants research and program support activities.
• Participate in outreach events, workshops, and community meetings.
• Collaborate with nonprofits, contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Monitor performance metrics
- Prepare reports, presentations and agenda items for management and City Council
- Promote available housing resources and city programs to the public
- Administer workshops for homebuying programs
• Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in affordable housing, housing assistance, community development, or related field may substitute for education requirements.
• Valid Florida Driver License required.
