We're experiencing continued growth and are looking for Consultants, Managers and Senior Managers to join our team. Whether your expertise lies in change, HR transformation, workforce strategy or broader business transformation, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of New Zealand's leading organisations on their most complex people and organisational challenges.
We're particularly interested in candidates with consulting experience and backgrounds in one or more of the following areas:
Change Management
HR Transformation
Workforce Strategy & Future of Work
Learning, Talent & Skills Transformation
Business Transformation & Change Adoption
What you'll do
Depending on your level and experience, you will:
Partner with clients to deliver large-scale transformation programs.
Design and implement people and change strategies to support business outcomes.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and change adoption activities.
Support HR and workforce transformation initiatives.
Help clients prepare for the future of work through workforce planning, skills and talent strategies.
Develop and deliver learning, capability and talent programs.
Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Contribute to business development activities, proposals and thought leadership.
Lead and mentor team members (Manager and Senior Manager levels).
What we're looking for
Previous consulting experience (preferred).
Experience delivering people, workforce or organisational transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced and complex environments.
A passion for helping organisations and their people navigate change.
Experience working across multiple industries is highly regarded.
For Manager and Senior Manager opportunities, we are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate leadership experience, client relationship management, commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams and shape solutions.
