Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Risk professional looking to play a key role in shaping and strengthening an organization's risk management framework. Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, the successful candidate will contribute to capital, liquidity, credit, and interest rate risk activities while supporting regulatory compliance, forecasting, governance, and risk appetite management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and oversee capital, liquidity, and IRRBB risk management activities.
- Lead and contribute to ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan, Risk Appetite Framework, and other strategic risk documentation.
- Monitor risk appetite limits and support capital and liquidity forecasting processes.
- Participate in Net Interest Income management and Fund Transfer Pricing activities.
- Review and challenge credit proposals and conduct credit risk assessments.
- Perform portfolio reviews to identify emerging risks, trends, and concentration exposures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and timely resolution of findings.
- Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and enhancements to risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Financial Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience within Financial Services, ideally in Risk, Compliance, Treasury, or a related function.
- Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including CRR/CRD, IRRBB, ICAAP, and ILAAP.
- Knowledge of credit risk management, capital adequacy, liquidity risk, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical, Excel, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
