Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect Universal IT Customer Support for a DOS contract.  

 

The Technical Lead / Solution Architect Universal IT Customer Support Provides technical leadership for the design, integration, and implementation of endpoint, IT operations, and engineering solutions. Ensures technical compliance, oversees solution architecture, and supports troubleshooting and innovation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

•  8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or solution architecture 
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions 
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, CompTIA) 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 

Clearance

• Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $155,000 - $185,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
