Description
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and report discrepancies identified with government owned software Ability to train the functions of software to customers of varying technical ability Ability to write detailed reports of work performed on a weekly basis Security + required Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance Up to 3 years of related experience or College Courses Ability to communicate technical computer information to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written skills Must be compliant within 6 months with Department of Defense Directive 8570 (DoDD 8570) Certification IAT Level II Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, FTP, SSH, IP CONFIG) is desired Ability to troubleshoot, research, and resolve issues Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
