Job title: Insurance Support Role
Salary: £35,000
Location: Remote
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To support a busy Commercial Insurance division and ensure a flawless support function is in place for the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating leads for the team
- Identifying gaps in policy documentation and chasing up
- Checking through the client system and identifying documents up for renewals
- General administrative duties
DAY-TO-DAY
- Keeping client contact via telephone and email
- Chasing up on missing documents by telephone and email
- Attending team meeting and training days
EXPERIENCE
- Strong Commercial Insurance background and the ability to work in a structured, organised and planned manner.
SKILLS
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Commercial Insurance experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
