We are delighted to be assisting a stunning, exclusive-use manor house set in the heart of the Cotswolds. This exquisite property is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead its culinary offering, crafting exceptional dining experiences for its esteemed guests.
This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a bespoke, guest-focused kitchen where menus are tailored to individual preferences, showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients, including produce from the estate’s kitchen garden.
You will have experience in a similar style property or luxury hotel, and need your own mode of transportation due to the location of the house.

- Working 48 hours per week over 5 days

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
- Leading a dedicated kitchen team to deliver outstanding, tailor-made dining experiences
- Creating innovative menus that highlight the best of locally sourced, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Managing stock levels, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Supporting the personal development and training of kitchen team members
