What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Entrepreneur, you will have the freedom to chart your own path while leveraging our network, brand, and expertise. Core responsibilities include:

• Develop and nurture your own network of clients and candidates, driving business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Partner with clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions across mid-to-senior-level roles.
• Source, assess, and present top-tier candidates with professionalism, empathy, and insight.
• Share market intelligence and collaborate with your peers and the wider WeLinkTalent team to exchange best practices.
• Represent WeLinkTalent’s core values: integrity, transparency, human connection, and excellence in all your engagements.
