The Role
We are seeking a Builder Development Manager to manage and grow our builder business in the South Central market

The Specifiers, Designers and Architects market is one of huge opportunity for us and requires a very special skills set to develop and leverage the key relationships required. From identifying key clients, through networking and engaging with them, it's vital to our success that we've got the right person on the job.
That's where you come in.
You Will:
- You'll develop the relationships using your well-developed "hunter" skills with the SDA market segment.
- You'll introduce our brands, deliver product training, and provide your expertise where it's needed.
- From supporting our customer's design process to giving advice on installation, you'll be able to ensure you guide our customers through to complete the sale with our Builder Dealer Network.
- You'll intimately understand all aspects of our brands and will be able develop detailed sales and marketing plans to grow market share within the SDA segment.
- You're a product expert, a project manager, and an excellent stakeholder manager.
- You've got the drive and ambition to help others succeed and you're it when it comes to consumer sales and marketing knowledge.
You Have:
- 5-7 years sales experience in working with the builder or designer community
- In-Depth knowledge of builder business
- Ability to work weekends and travel throughout the North Central US region
- Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent work experience within the industry
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
