What You Will Do
- Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to a resolution.
- Manage support tickets end-to-end: qualify the issue, investigate, and provide a clear solution.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues of varying complexity.
- Partner with colleagues on trickier problems, sharing knowledge in both directions.
- Write clear, easy-to-follow guides that help customers (and teammates) solve issues independently.
- Share what you learn from customers with Product Management to help shape the roadmap.
- Suggest improvements to our tools, processes, and approach — your feedback is genuinely used.
