About this role

As the Manager People Analytics within our CHRO department, you will shape the vision and strategic roadmap to embed data-driven decision-making across JET. Partnering closely with the People Strategy, Org Design & Rewards team, you will establish an enterprise-grade insights engine that empowers our leaders.
In this role, you will lead with determination, ensuring our HR partners and business leaders have the right workforce insights to deliver excellence. By bringing a customer-centric approach to internal stakeholders, you will foster the teamwork to deliver meaningful, actionable solutions that truly care for our global workforce.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Own the people analytics roadmap, workforce reporting standards, and executive dashboards to aim high and drive excellence.
• Analyze workforce, listening, and talent data to generate insights on organizational health, culture, and talent risks.
• Partner closely across HR CoEs, HRBPs, and leadership to translate complex people metrics into practical, strategic business recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of analytics professionals, focusing on collaboration and helping one another succeed.
• Establish enterprise data governance, robust quality standards, and repeatable monthly insight cadences across a complex global matrix.
• Define and track key KPIs, ensuring optimal adoption of people insight products and the absolute accuracy of standardization tools.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven expertise in people analytics, workforce reporting, business intelligence, consulting, or strategic HR insights.
• Strong analytical storytelling capabilities with the ability to build intuitive dashboards and provide trusted stakeholder advice.
• Capability to connect engagement, journey, and organizational data into clear recommendations that help us stay committed to achieving goals.
• Advanced experience with Workday modules, including Workday Reporting, Prism, People Analytics, Discovery Boards, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages and data warehousing environments like SQL, Python, and Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with machine learning tools within BigQuery or alternative advanced analytical platforms is highly regarded.
• A continuous improvement and growth mindset, aiming higher to drive excellence and optimize our internal ways of working.
• Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners to act responsibly while making a lasting impact.
