As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you'll play a key role in managing commercial construction projects in Norfolk, Virginia from preconstruction through closeout. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll help coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations while gaining hands-on experience leading complex, fast-track projects. Depending on project size, you'll either support a larger project, oversee a specific scope, or manage your own small- to medium-sized project.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of construction industry experience preferred
- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Primavera P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit is a plus
- OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications (training available if needed)
- LEED Green Associate and QCM certifications are a plus
