Description
Standard Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Knoxville, TN team full-time!

Quick Overview:
Pay: $26.00 - $36.00/hour (based on experience) and incentives for making sales
Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime available and some on-call required

What You'll Tackle:
Our HVAC Service Technicians are skilled problem solvers who can perform in-depth inspections to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and air conditioning systems. This role does it all, from customer service and communication to diagnostics and repairs. You'll figure out what's going on with the customer's system, clearly explain service options, and recommend additional upgrades or improvements when able. If you enjoy working with your hands and tackling different projects every day, you could thrive here!
You Bring:
- 2+ years of HVAC diagnostic experience
- Valid driver's license and the ability to serve the Greater Knoxville area
- 5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred)
