Business Improvement & AOS Management

Job Description:

The position is accountable to manage operational improvements related to process, procedure and method in Fuselage Equipping Tianjin, including acting as an active agent to enable and maintain the maturity of Airbus Operating System (AOS).

1. Act as an active change agent to drive AOS deployment and maturity.

2. Coach and knowledge transfer of AOS routines and tools.

3. Implement industrialization & business improvements projects.

4. Contribute to drive business continuous improvement of the performance, demonstrate tangible contributions to achieve program’s objectives.

5.Support for production rate ramp-up enablement. 

6.Drive to improve efficiency of daily operational routines.

7. Facilitate in the shopfloor go-look-see & Gemba, providing structured feedback, eg.Management Control Routine and 5S.

8. Maintain, measure, coach & report AOS maturity. 

9. Facilitate to setup the improvement roadmap in operational teams. 

10 Facilitate root cause analysis with cross-function stakeholders and support decision-making.
