Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to join our talented team. This role serves as the primary leader and point of contact during overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, supporting employees across departments, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence throughout the hotel.
What you will do
- Oversee Front Desk operations during the overnight shift, providing leadership, support, and direction to team members.
- Monitor hotel operations throughout the property to ensure service standards are consistently maintained and guest needs are met.
- Complete daily reports for Front of House departments and successfully execute all night audit procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to luxury service standards.
- Review and coordinate arrivals, departures, room assignments, and billing requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all financial, credit, cash handling, and accounting procedures.
- Take immediate action in matters involving guest and employee safety, security, satisfaction, and emergency response.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently while delivering personalized service.
- Utilize hotel systems and technology, including property management and reporting systems, to support daily operations.
- Inspect employee facilities and serve as an overnight liaison for team member concerns and operational needs.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
What you bring
- Previous Front Desk, Front Office, or Rooms Division experience preferred, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively resolving guest concerns and operational challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel; experience with OPERA or a comparable property management system preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of the Nashville area is an asset.
