Description
The Program and Project Management job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a subject matter in Project/Program Management, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

- Ability to serve as program-level integrator across all Wealth Management technology workstreams, maintaining visibility into progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ability to produce program reports, roadmaps, and other program tracking artifacts to ensure transparency and proactive management of program health.
- Prior experience developing and presenting Executive and Stakeholder communication materials across a variety of business forums.
- Experience partnering with Change Management to ensure adequate support for program launches, including training and communications planning.
- Ability to provide broad program-level support necessary to drive the overall success of the Wealth Technology Enhancement Program.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-08-05Base Pay Range: $106,000/yr - $148,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
