Contract Length: 13 Weeks (8-week assignments also considered)
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a LongTerm Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care by assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring their health and well-being, and supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
· Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
· Record patient care and maintain accurate documentation.
· Assist with transferring, positioning, and ambulating residents using proper safety techniques.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
· Support nurses with routine patient care and follow individualized care plans.
· Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and facility policies.
· Float to other units as needed based on patient care requirements.
Requirements
· Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
· Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
· Minimum 2 years of recent Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
· Previous travel healthcare experience preferred.
· Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility (travel candidates only).
· Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
· Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and commit to the full contract assignment.
