Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support the execution of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide analytical and operational support for HR initiatives through data analysis, reporting, workforce insights, and process coordination.
- Execute and maintain HR processes, policies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
- Monitor key HR, workforce, and organizational metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating communications, conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with change management activities.
- Assist managers and HR Business Partners in driving performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, analyze engagement data, and support action planning to enhance employee experience.
- Support employee relations by addressing routine employee queries, escalating complex cases when required, and assisting managers in resolving people-related matters.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights to enable data-driven decision-making for business leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure seamless execution of HR programs, projects, and annual people processes.
- Perform HR administration activities not managed by the HR Operations team while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, HR Analytics, or a Generalist HR role within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
