Placement Specialist, Commercial Lines
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in commercial lines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier agency partner, recognized as the #1 agency partner in 2024. As a Placement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in marketing, quoting, and binding new business while serving as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (maximum).
- Quarterly Incentive Bonus: $6,000 - $7,000 annually at 100% target achievement.
- Annual Bonus: 5% of salary based on company revenue goals.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Market, quote, and bind new commercial lines business.
- Serve as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers.
- Provide multi-line support across various commercial lines accounts.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines, with multi-line expertise.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
